Mainstage Producer and primary stage readiness coach for DEMO2026, the annual festival presented by NEW INC, the New Museum's art and technology incubator. Led the full RAMP (stage readiness) program, working one-on-one with 24 NEW INC member presenters across four tracks to develop and refine their talks from concept through performance. Also oversaw all Mainstage production including budget and staffing management, production scheduling, artist proposal review, site visits, and load-in/load-out.

Led a suite of original initiatives from conception through execution: the Artivism Fellowship (a seven-month artist-activist incubation program, six cohorts), Night of Artivism, Artivism Work in Progress, What Now: Unplugged, The Storytellers Lab, a PSA for the Formerly Incarcerated College Graduates Network, and The Invitation — for artists who’ve considered change when the stage door isn’t enuf - a civic gathering co-presented with The Public Theater.
Managed $300K+ budgets, grew program applications by 50%, boosted attendance by 45%, and maintained 100% alumni retention across all cohorts and events.
